Shipping & Returns

 
We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases, but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 15 days from the date your item was received.

 

If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or receive a refund. 

 

To return the item, please follow the below steps:

-  Repack item(s) with all the tags still attached, ideally in its original packaging.

-  Contact us by emailing care@hoodietoy.com and our representative will be in touch with you shortly with instructions how to return the item(s)

-  It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and state holidays) from the date of your return for your item to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

-  After receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete and there are no any damages on the item, we’ll refund your credit/debit card. If the item is damaged and has no original tags attached, we won't be able to refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). 


If you paid for your order with a store credit, this would be credited back to your HOODIETOY account.

 

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your item arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
